Sofia mayor made an attempt to push the capital squarely into the real estate market spotlight at an international forum in London.

Talking at the Emerging Money Property Exhibition EMPEX, Boyko Borissov highlighted ten traits that make Sofia a hot place for investment. Strategic location, political stability, rapid economic development, highly qualified human resources, offices of international companies, as well as dynamic real estate market were cited as major attractions for the foreign business.

The forum will showcase sixteen emerging European markets for the first time in London. Over 3,000 investors take part in the three-day event that gathers 500 of the biggest companies in the real estate sector.

Bulgaria, Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Croatia, Turkey, Serbia and Cyprus are just some of the countries that will be represented at the forum.
